The Golf Fitness Center is under the direction of Dr. Tom Sangiorgio, a TPI Certified Golf Fitness Instructor and endorsed by GOLF Magazine Top 100 Teacher Dom DiJulia. We help you improve your game with our precise physical screening and customized conditioning programs delivered by highly skilled staff in our state of the art facility.
Your Body Diagnosis – Two Visits
Your First Visit
Your first visit is a 90-minute session. Dr. Sangiorgio will use an array of tests usually reserved for the best golfers in the world to assess your
- Strength
- Flexibility
- Balance
- Endurance
- Stability
- Power
In addition, your first visit will include a full set of diagnostics:
- Body fat analysis
- Postural analysis
- Bi-lateral weight scales
- X-rays
Your Follow-Up Visit
Having completed the physical screening process, Dr. Sangiorgio will understand your body impediments, your ability to generate power and transfer speed, and the most efficient energy transfer through your body. Because we are fitness experts, not swing coaches, we will also consult with your swing coach regarding your results and your personal priorities for improvement.

Based on all that information, Dr. Sangiorgio will review your screening results with you and provide you with your personalized TPI golf fitness program, including access to the myTPI.com website. On the website you will have be able to view demonstration videos for each exercise.

Eight Weeks to Lower Scores
You may pursue your personalized conditioning program in our fully equipped gym, under the direction of one of our certified personal trainers. Our trainers will ensure you are performing the exercises properly and provide motivation and encouragement.
